For a very nice Christmas gift, Morgan got me two tickets to the Michael Buble concert. I asked him if the other ticket was for him, or could I bring someone else who would not be groaning the whole time next to me. My mom is a big fan, so he let me bring her instead. It was a super fantastic show. My mom, of course, got to know the lady sitting right next to her very well and new almost her life story. The opening band was a group of 7 black singers who use no musical instruments other than their voices. They were really good too.
I really don't like getting my picture when I'm this far along and got the big fat face goin on, but for these two concerts, I had to make and exception for the memories.
In this picture, you can see, I had my ticket under my left arm, and that's the last time I saw it. I went back within 1 minute of taking this picture to find where I dropped it, but it was gone. Someone picked it up and probably thought, nope not worth switching. Our seats were the second to last row, it the very top section. Luckily they didn't need to see it to let us up to our seats. The very next night, Morgan and I went to the Muse concert.
Two words...
SOOOOO AWESOME!!!
I lost some of my hearing for the night. But it was well worth it.
I couldn't sit or stand the whole time. I'm not very comfortable lately doing a lot of either.
The guy just off the side of Morgans right arm, standing in the grayish colored long sleeve shirt, is the lead singer of Linkin Park. It was interesting to see him during the break with people lined up to get a picture with him or his autograph.
The platforms they are on went up and down.
Totally awesome laser light show.
Won't ever forget those two fabulous nights.
