Christmas dresses

Some people don’t get to get “all dressed up" except for once or twice a year.  Say for a dance, party or for the one time they go to church that year.  That’s sad:(

I’m glad we can get lookin’ pretty every week.  Then on holidays we get to get extra special pretty and match our sisters.  How fun.

I wonder how long Avery will like to be “twinsies” with her little sisters?

This headband lasted about one minute on Jolie.  It came off just after these pictures  and right after the first line of the first song at church.  She does not wear shoes either.  She gets those off too, along with her socks.

JOLIES MANY DIFFERENT FACES

Jolie is a little character.  She keeps us entertained all the time.  We love her many different funny faces she makes.

GINGERBREAD HOUSES

My mother in law had a wonderful idea this year.  She got all of her kids and their families a gingerbread house kit to make.  She put the houses together before hand, which was super nice, so they were dry and ready for us to decorate.  All of the kids had a blast and I'm sure all the adults did too.  Oh and we only had 10 minutes to finish.

Ours is the one in the front.  Which one do you think is best?
This is our little house.  Super cute, I think.

GINGERBREAD HOUSES

We work very hard to make our house the best.

The finished product.  A cute gingerbread house that hopefully will last till Christmas.

CHRISTMAS NATIVITY

Joseph and Mary had to take a trip to Bethlehem.  Mary was going to have a baby.  They found a place to stay in a stable.  Thats where Jesus was born.
And there were shepherds nearby with their flocks of sheep.
The shepherds saw angels in the heavens and they were scared.  But the angels told them not to be scared but to go and see the new baby Jesus.
So they went to the stable to see the baby Jesus.
And the three Kings came too and gave the new baby Jesus presents.
Jesus was born that day, the first Christmas day,
to be the Savior of the world.

That's the nativity story by the Brown family.

WOOLF FAMILY PICTURES

This is my family, the Woolfs. I have one nephew, Blaze who is not in the picture.  He is on a mission in Hawaii.  My sister Audrey is pregnant with twins girls and my sister in law Jennifer, who is married to my brother Vince, is pregnant with a girl also.  This was taken on Thanksgiving when everyone was in town.  My mom got the color combination for this picture from a Mitt Romneys family picture.  We have the camera on a tripod.
We always do some funny face pictures.  These always make me laugh.
Thanks Dallas for the pictures.
I took them off his blog.

First day of school

Why is the first day of school so important.  For my kids it was a new day.  A new everything.  New school, new teacher, new friends and a new outfit.  My kids don't go to the same school.  So I get to run around and be their Taxi driver.  Luckily we do carpool, so its not as crazy as it could be.

They were super excited to get started.  And so was I, for sure.  They both LOVE their teachers and have made some really good friends.  These pictures were taken the first day of school, which was in August.  They already have changed in just those few months.  They change and grow soo fast.

b-day party in halloween costumes

I was thinking that it would be fun do put some things on here that happened before I started this blog.  Like Halloween and Avery and Lainey’s birthday party.

We had a dress-up party at Peter Piper Pizza for Avery and Lainey.  We had all their cousins attend.  Since it was just a few days before Halloween, we had all the kids wear there costumes so we could check them all out.  They all looked awesome running around.

Avery and Laineys cousin Whitney who lives in Utah gave them a whole box of dress up clothes, so we didn’t even need to go shopping for costumes this year.  Thanks Whitney.

Avery was a super pretty princess and Lainey looked cute in her ASU cheerleader outfit.

Jolie only would wear the hallow for a few seconds.  I was lucky to get even a few good shots of her in her angel outfit.  She really is our little angel.
Morgan never dresses up. So its just us girls.

This is my day, my baptism day.

We had a wonderful day today.  Avery was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints.  She was super excited to be finally baptized.  She had to wait a few extra weeks due to the sad passing of my grandpa Wilber.  But due to the delay, Avery got to get baptized with her favorite cousin Afton.  It was a fun night with friends and family. Avery has set a good example for her sisters when they turn 8.
