PIGGY TAILS

This is one of  my favorite hair do's on little girls.  I hardly ever do it, cause it is not fun for the little girl.  But man it's cute.

TRUNDLE BED

Anyone want to buy this beautiful trundle bed? Comes with one mattress.
We got a bunk bed for Lainey and Jolie, so the baby can get the crib, and now don't need this one anymore.
We are only asking $50.  I just put it on Craigslist today.

I was in my bathroom getting ready, when I heard Jolie screaming.  It wasn't an "Im hurt" cry so I didn't run to her. When I came into the room, she says "I'm stuck".  She had shut the door on her shirt.  So of course I did what any other mom would do. I got my camera and took a picture.
HELP ME MOMMY!!

I LEARNED TO BOTTLE CHICKEN

I'm so behind on blogging. Tonight, Morgan to Avery and Lainey to the Easter Pageant, so I thought now would be a good time.

My good friend taught me and some other lucky ladies how to bottle chicken.  This was over a month ago. I got to do a dozen jars and I've already used about 5 of them.  The first jar I used I made the yummiest chicken salad. It had green onions, cashews and red grapes in it.  It was very good.

Now I just have to invest in a huge pressure cooker to be able to do this at my own house. Or maybe just keep her as a friend and be really nice to her so she will help me again someday.

Sedona

Sedona is a memorable place for Morgan and I to visit.  That is were we went on our honeymoon.  So we decided to take a trip there for our anniversary.  So last weekend, gave our kids to grandmas and off we went.  We stayed at the nicest resort we've ever stayed in.  It was very romantic.  Ate at very nice restaurants and had a couples massage.
Here are some pictures.
The creek that is right outside our window of our super nice room.
We decided to take a hike along it.

Still has some snow on the ground up there.
An old tractor.
This huge tree recently was blown down.  It was interesting to see the underside of a large tree.
It's right along the creek bed and must have gotten too wet and just had some strong winds and, down it went.  There was a couple other ones just like this one down too.
Saturday morning it was very nippy.  While we were eating our breakfast, I looked outside the window and saw it was snowing.  Im glad we took our hike the day before and saved our shopping trip for this cold wet day.  After shopping we went to have our massages.  That was both Morgan and my first time getting a professional massage.  Morgan fell asleep.  I loved it, except for the greasy feeling it left me with, especially after he massaged my face.
It was a great weekend.

11 YEARS AND STILL HAVING FUN

Today is our Anniversary.  11 years ago today we were married for time and all eternity.
It sure has flown by.
I was so in love with him on that wonderful day that started our lives together.  Thought I couldn't love anyone more.  But I know now I was wrong.  Cause I love him even more today.

Happy Anniversary Morgan!!! Love you.

Here is one of our wedding pictures.  We look soooo young.  Especially Morgan.

WE GOT A DOG!

Our newest addition to the Brown family, Marley.
We finally talked Morgan into letting us get a dog.  I have not wanting a dog for a while, but then I watched Marley and Me a couple of months ago and remembered that I like having a dog.  So I've been searching for just the right one and yesterday I found him .
Isn't he so cute? My girls are soo in love with him.  His name is Marley and he is a two year old shih tzu.  He looks a whole lot like my old dog Buster, maybe even cutter.  So far we've had him here for two hours and he's peed outside, played fetch, checked out the house and yard and is getting use to us all. We are excited to have him be part of our family for a long time.
Thanks Morgan for the early Valentines present to your favorite girls.
